When we make an offer to purchase, we provide our clients with
(i) an analysis of recent sales in the building or on the street with selling price, square footage and days on the market, all vital information to make informed decisions.
(ii) a 'Buyer's Net Sheet' showing the legal and closing costs
(iii) the benefit of our years of experience, knowledge & background in our local condominium market
What happens next?
When your offer is accepted we arrange and help you with any services or information you might need such as inspectors, lawyers, bank & mortgage persons, property managers, building managers, insurance providers, whatever you need.
